摘要:
农业科技进步, 直接提高了农产品的产量, 改善了品质, 并通过创新品种, 增加了农产品的附加值, 促进了农民增收。但 目前农民在科技增收中, 存在着农业科技投入不足、农业科技管理体制不顺、研发推广力度不大、园区幅射带动力不强、农民科 技素质较低等问题。为了进一步推进农民科技增收, 必须以有力的组织为引导, 先进适用的技术为支撑, 多元化的投资体系为保 障, 完善的技术推广体系和系统全面的培训为基础, 大力推进农业科技进步。
Abstract:
The dev elopment of science and technolog y in ag ricul ture has di rectly increased the o utput a nd improv ed quali ty o f ag ricultural products, raised the added value of ag ricultural pro ducts by innov ating va rieties, and led to the increase of fa rmers ' income. In order to increa se farmers ' income by science a nd technolog y further, it i s necessary to reg ard pow erful org anization as a g uide, reg ard adv anced and sui table technolog y as a suppo rt , rega rd div ersified inv estment sy stem as a guarantee, a nd rega rd perfect technolog y promotion sy stem a nd systema tical a nd complete t raining as a base, so as to posi tively promote the adva nce of science a nd techno logy in ag ricul ture.
