摘要:
1848年发表的《共产党宣言》标志着马克思主义的公开问世，首次对马克思主义理论做出了完整系统而又简洁凝练的表述。党的十九大报告是中国共产党带领全国各族人民进入新时代建设社会主义现代化强国的宣言书。认真研读和考察这两份相隔近170年的文献，可以发现《共产党宣言》是十九大报告的理论内核和理论源头，十九大报告是对《共产党宣言》的基本原理的继承、丰富和发展，体现了马克思主义整体性。从《共产党宣言》的角度来解读党的十九大报告，既有利于挖掘《共产党宣言》的当代价值，也有利于彰显十九大报告作为新时代中国特色社会主义行动纲领的重大意义和价值。
Abstract:
Manifesto of the Communist Party published in 1848 marked the birth of Marxism, which for the first time made a complete, systematic and concise expression of Marxist theory. The report of the 19th CPC national congress is the manifesto of the CPC leading the people of all ethnic groups to build a modern socialist country in the new era. A careful study of these two documents, nearly 170 years apart, reveals that Manifesto of the Communist Party is the theoretical core and origin of the report of the 19th CPC national congress, and the report is the inheritance, enrichment and development of the basic principles set forth in Manifesto of the Communist Party, which reflects the integrity of Marxism. To interpret the report of the 19th CPC national congress from the perspective of Manifesto of the Communist Party is not only conducive to exploring the contemporary value of Manifesto of the Communist Party, but also conducive to highlighting the significance and value of the report of the 19th CPC national congress as a program of action for socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
