王樵《尚书日记》是明代《尚书》学的代表作之一,但学术界对其版本研究尚显粗疏。经笔者考查,《尚书日记》现存版本可分为两个系统。万历十年于明照刻本为现存最早刻本,单独构成一个版本系统,于本之前原有他本,可惜已经亡佚。万历二十三年南昌彭燧刻本、万历二十五年蔡立身刻本、王锡琛重修本、崇祯五年庄继光重修本、文渊阁《四库全书》本合属一个版本系统。彭本作为后一版本系统之祖本,经王樵再次修订于本,增入《书帷别记》相关内容而成; 蔡立身依彭本重刻《尚书日记》,并作修正; 樵子肯堂、侄孙锡琛因《尚书日记》前本多已坏烂,于是就根据它们加以补刻,崇祯五年庄继光又据锡琛本重修。通过勘校诸本,可知蔡本内容完整,讹误最少,当为整理《尚书日记》之底本优选。
Abstract:
ShangShuRiJi is one of the representative works of ShangShu research in the Ming Dynasty, but research on its edition is still simple. According to my research, the existing editions of ShangShuRiJi can be divided into two systems. Yu Mingzhao’s block-printed edition in the 10th year of Wanli is the earliest known existing block-printed edition, which can constitute one system alone, and there was one edition earlier than Yu Mingzhao’s, but it was lost. Peng Sui’s block-printed edition in the 23rd year of Wanli, Cai Lishen’s block-printed edition in the 25th year of Wanli, Wang Xichen’s revised edition, Zhuang Jiguang’ revised edition in the 5th year of Chongzhen, the SiKuQuanShu edition in Wenyuange together form the other system. As the first edition of the latter system, Peng Sui’s block-printed edition was carved after Wang Qiao’s revision and ShuWeiBieJi was added to it; based on Peng’s edition, Cai Lishen carved ShangShuRiJi and did some corrections; Wang Kentang and Wang Xichen renovated ShangShuRiJi because the former editions were almost destroyed, and Zhuang Jiguang again renovated it in the 5th year of Chongzhen. Through textual research on these editions, it is found that Cai’s edition is more completed with fewer errors, which can be regarded as the best master copy to compile ShangShuRiJi.
