摘要:
在当前就业压力巨大这一社会背景下,鼓励大学生自主创业成为高校教育中的重要一环,通过创业教育培养学生的创业意识与创业精神,能增强学生的自主创业能力。为实现创业型人才的培养目标,必须完善和构建创业教育生态系统。创业教育生态系统是教育生态系统中的一个生命体,由学校微观环境和社会宏观环境构成,对创业教育起制约和调控作用。创业生态系统的构建必须以市场为驱动,把握政策,深化行业、企业、社会和学校之间的密切联系,同时优化创业教育的内容与策略,促进学生的自主创业。
Abstract:
Under the present great employment pressure, it is important to encourage college students to be self-employed. Students' entrepreneurial awareness and ability should be cultivated through entrepreneurship education. In order to realize the targets of cultivating entrepreneurial talents, the ecological system of entrepreneurship education should be improved and constructed. The ecological system of entrepreneurship education is a life in the education system including the micro environment of the college and the macro environment of the society, which can control and regulate entrepreneurship education. The construction of ecological system must be driven by market, grasp the policy, be in close contact with the industry, enterprise, society and colleges, optimize the contents and strategies of entrepreneurship education and promote students' self-employment.
