摘要:
各高校学报特色栏目在长期发展中存在栏目定位不准确、作者群体不稳定、栏目吸引力、影响力不够等问题。有鉴于此，高校学报特色栏目可以从优化栏目设置，准确定位栏目特色；培养校内、校外优质、稳定的作者群体；不断提升编辑的能力与素养三个方面尝试探求一条特色栏目的优化与发展之路。
Abstract:
The characteristic columns of university journals have many problems in the long-term development, such as inaccurate position, unstable author groups, insufficient attraction and impact, etc. Accordingly, it is very important to optimize and develop journals characteristic columns in three aspects: optimization and accurate positioning of characteristic columns; cultivation of high quality and stable author groups in and out of universities, and constant promotion of journal editors'ability and quality.
