摘要:
高校辅导员是学生管理工作的重要参与者,其在高校德育工作中的特殊性和重要性日益凸显。本应有着教师和干部身份的高校辅导员,却在高校繁琐复杂的日常工作中,失去了对自己所从事的工作的热情和兴趣,对这份工作产生了越来越多的迷茫和困惑。辅导员职业认同感较弱成为当前辅导员队伍在发展过程中面临的主要难题。破除高校传统的行政管理体制,完善辅导员考核评价体系,改变辅导员职业发展的传统思维模式,增强其职业认同感,为辅导员搭建更好的发展平台已迫在眉睫。
Abstract:
The college counselors are important participants in the management of students. The importance and particularity of their roles in the moral education in colleges and universities have become increasingly prominent. College counselors should have a teacher and cadre status, but gradually lose their enthusiasm and interest when doing cumbersome and complex daily work in colleges, which produces more and more confusion and perplexity. The weakness of counselors' career identity has become the main problem in the counselors'development process. In order to enhance career identity among counselors, it is imminent to remove the traditional administrative management system in colleges, optimize counselor examination and evaluation system, change the traditional mode of thinking in the career development of counselors and build a better development platform.
