摘要:
当今中国正处在深刻的历史变革时期，各级领导干部是国家建设的重要力量。领导干部要正确对待权力，把人民赋予 的权力当作主持正义、维护公平、服务社会、造福人民的有力武器，对执政规律、法纪法规和人民群众等要深怀敬畏之心。要 时刻约束领导干部的行为，增强领导干部的自我监督和自我约束力，提升领导干部正确行使权力的能力和服务人民群众的水 平。
Abstract:
Today＇s China is in a period of profound historical change． Leaders and cadres at different levels are the important force of national construction． Leaders and cadres should correctly handle the power，to regard the power given by people as the weapon to maintain justice and fairness，to serve the society and to benefit the people． They should hold career reverence of the governance laws，rules and regulations and people． All the time，it is necessary to regulate leaders and cadres＇ behavior，to strengthen their self － supervision and self － discipline，to promote their ability to exercise power correctly and service level for the people．
