摘要:
苏南新市民社区教育管理创新是苏南加快城乡一体化建设、率先基本实现现代化和构建和谐社区的需要，针对苏南新 市民的特点和社区建设经验，应一切从实际出发，在社区教育管理机制、社区教育资源整合、社区教育内容、社区教育途径等 方面不断创新。
Abstract:
The new citizen community education management innovation in southern Jiangsu is to meet the need of speeding up the integration of urban and rural construction，taking the lead in basically realizing modernization， and building a harmonious community． Based on the characteristics of new southern Jiangsu citizens and community construction experience，the community education management innovation should be launched from objective reality and in the aspects of management mechanism，community education resource integration，educational content and approaches and so on．
