摘要:
党性修养是每一个共产党员的永恒课题。大学生党员的党性修养既有一以贯之的共同要求，也有阶段性的群体特征。 大学生党员的党性修养主要依赖自身的主观努力，在理论、实践层面上提高自我，在全面发展上完善自我; 高校党的基层组织 也可以通过明确要求、创造条件、指导鼓励、检查督促等方式给予帮助。大学生党员的党性修养能够在政治、文化、学习和生 活上对身边同学发挥引领、影响、示范和带动作用。
Abstract:
The cultivation of Party spirit is an eternal subject for each Party member． The cultivation of college student Party members has the characteristics of common ideals and beliefs，and it also has the phased group feature． The cultivation of Party spirit of college students Party members mainly rely on their own efforts to improve their level of theory，enhance themselves in theory and practice to achieve their comprehensive development． Primary organizations of the Party in colleges can help the college student Party members by means of clarifying the requirements， creating the conditions，guiding and encouraging，inspecting and supervising． The cultivation of Party spirit of college student Party members can make the college student Party members play leading，impacting，modeling and guiding roles among their classmates in all aspects of life．
