摘要:
中国华侨在海外创办企业历史悠久, 数量众多。在中国近代特殊的时代背景条件下, 东南亚华侨兴办的企业更是独具特 色, 企业经营模式更多地采用家族企业形式; 企业经营领域主要集中于贸易和零售业; 企业管理理念以儒家“仁义”先行, “义 利”并重为指导思想; 企业又以高度的环境适应性和善于把握商机为核心竞争力。正是基于以上企业经营管理特点, 近代东南亚 华侨家族企业才取得了如此广泛、大规模的成功。近代东南亚华侨企业成功的经营管理经验值得借鉴。
Abstract:
Overseas Chinese hav e established numero us enterprises fo r a long t ime. In the special background conditio ns of the modern China, enterprises set up by the Chinese in So utheast Asia hav e some unique char acter ist ics: the form of a family business is mor e likely to be adopted as the business mo del; business areas are focused on t rade and retail ; business manag ement philosophy is the Co nfucian v ir tues of humaneness and righteousness f irst , the righteousness and benef it of equal importance as the guiding ideolog y; also a high degree of adaptability to env ir onment and being g ood at seizing new business oppor tunit ies as the co re competit iveness. It is based on the above enterprise management characterist ics that modern Southeast Asia overseas Chinese enterprises achiev e such a w ide range and larg e- scale success. We shouid draw o n the ex perience of the management of the mo dern Southeast A sia ov er seas Chinese enterprises.
