摘要:
罗马妇女在古代世界的妇女群体当中, 属于权力和地位都较高的一支。在罗马传记家普鲁塔克的著作《希腊罗马名人 传》里, 在介绍英伟男性的事迹外, 女性的形象也或直接或间接地被表现出来。通过对比《希腊罗马名人传》的希腊和罗马妇女 在婚姻中的地位, 并分析罗马女性在婚姻家庭生活和婚变后生活, 能够整体上把握罗马妇女的婚姻状况。
Abstract:
The lacking of ef fect ive regulat ion assessment tools leads to many ineff icient and non- scientif ic regulat io n po licies in China. T his paper focuses on how to bring in the Reg ulat ion Impact Assessment ( RIA ) tool w idely used in foreign count ries in order to improve our reg ulat ion qualit ies. The necessity of bring ing in the RIA to ols lies on it s impro vement in go ver nment reg ulat ion qual ity , and it is also a main dr iv ing force to r eg ulat ion reform. It s po ssibility l ies on theoret ical and pr act ical basis w e alr eady have in China. T he fo cal point s are the localizat io n of legal pr otect s, RIA g uidelines and set ting up inst itut ions and distr ibuting obligat io ns.
