摘要:
创新型科技人才是现代化进程的动力源泉, 曾在苏南现代化进程中起到重要作用。针对目前苏南创新型科技人才队伍建 设的薄弱环节, 要大力引进外部高层次人才, 优化人才结构; 要完善创新型科技人才队伍建设的体制机制, 引导科技人才向企业 集聚; 要改进高校教育模式和方法, 促进创新型科技人才队伍后备力量的培育。
Abstract:
As the source o f mot ive pow er , innovat ive science and technolo gy talents have play ed an important ro le in Southern Jiangsu' s modernizat ion process. Facing the present w eak link o f the team const ructio n of innov at ive science and technolog y talents, great effort s should be made to bring in external hig hlevel talent s and optimize talent s st ructure; perfect the mechanism o f the team const ruct ion o f innov at ive science and technolo gy talent s; guide talent s of science and technolo gy to serve enter prises; improve the model and method of univer sity educat ion; pr omote the cult ivat io n o f reserv e force o f science and technology talent s.
