摘要:
中国农民的“分散性”在处于转型分化中的各层次农民身上都有体现, 集中体现在他们面临大事、大灾以及遭遇不公不 平时的单个而非群体非组织非合作化的应对方式。近10 多年来, 通过政策的调整与知识分子志愿者的参与, 在全国许多地方进 行了农民新型合作的实验, 积累了诸如农民金融合作、购销合作、文化组织合作、城乡互动合作等宝贵的经验, 然而教育宣传文 化传播等途径确立起农民“合作化”的共识是农民走上新型合作道路更需关注的方向。
Abstract:
The dispersion state of Chinese farmers'—w ho ar e in a t ransit ional dif ferentiat ion condit io n—is reflected at all lev els, w hich is embo died in the w ay of dealing w ith ev ent s individually instead of co operativ ely and collect ively w hen they face a major disaster or suffer injust ice. Over the past decade, New coo per at ive ex periment s fo r the farmers has been carried out w ith policy adjustment and intellectual volunteers' part icipat io n in many places of the country , w hich has accumulated v aluable ex perience, such as farmer s financial cooper at ion, buying and selling cooperation, cultural o rganizatio ns cooper at ion, ur ban and rural interact ion and cooperation etc. How ever, to establish farmers' coo perat iv e consensus by educat ion and other means o f propaganda and cultural communicat ion is the direct ion requir ed greater at tent ion to new style of cooperat ion.
