摘要:
大学生村官是新农村建设的一支新兴力量, 也是农村社会工作者的重要组成部分, 应主动承担起农村社会工作的职责。 在社会工作的视角下, 大学生村官应扮演使能者、中介者、维权者、服务提供者、教育者和研究者的角色。为了实现角色要求, 国家应建立全程培养机制, 社区应强化社会支持, 大学生村官应通过自觉实践来提升能力, 从而有针对性地进行能力培养。
Abstract:
Village o ff icials is a new emerging fo rces in the pro cess of the new rural const ruction, and also an important part of the social w orkers in rural ar eas, w ho sho uld take o n the dut ies of rural social w ork. Fr om the perspect iv e of social w or k, village of f icials play the roles of enabler, br oker , right- maintainer, service- pr oviders, educator s, and researchers. In order to achieve the role ex pectat ions, the g overnment should establish the capacity t raining mechanism, and the community should enhance the social support , and univ ersity student s should st reng then the capacity building through practice co nsciously .
