摘要:
目前高校学报编辑队伍不断趋于年轻化, 青年编辑健康职业心理已成为其职业活动和发展的重要条件和环节。针对青年 编辑职业心理中的焦虑、困惑、厌倦、烦燥等不良表现, 高校应帮助青年编辑正确认识本职工作、遵守良好的职业道德、努力提 高专业素质、学会处理人际关系, 同时, 通过建立多元编辑激励机制和营造良好的心理环境来培养其良好的心理素质, 从而促进 高校学报的健康持续发展。
Abstract:
Now adays, university journal edito rs are tending to be yo ung. Their professional mental health has become an increasing ly impo rtant factor in their pro fessional act ivit ies and development . T hese yo ung editors ex perience anx iety , confusion, bo redom, irritability in their edit ing w ork. In regard to above psycho logical phenomena, the university should help them to g ain a deep understanding of their edit ing job, to comply w ith pr ofessional ethics, to impr ove pro fessional quality and learn to deal with public relatio ns. Meanw hile we should cul tivate their sound psy cholog ical quality by establishing a mult iple incent ives mechanism and a go od psycho logical ambience to pr omote healthy and sustainable development of univ ersity journals.
