摘要:
教学科研人才是高校人力资源的主体, 对教学科研人员的评价是高校人力资源管理的重要基础性工作。根据人才评价的 指导思想和原则设计评价指标体系, 以素质为导向, 以品德、知识、能力、业绩为评价依据, 定性评价与定量评价相结合, 静态 评价与动态评价相结合, 对拟引进教学科研人员进行客观、科学、全面的预测性评价, 可以最大程度保证引进人才质量; 利用分 段评价, 对已引进人才进行跟踪诊断性评价, 帮助被引进人员扬长避短或扬长补短, 用人所长。
Abstract:
The teaching and scient if ic research personnel ar e the majo r part o f the human resour ces in the university . T he evaluat ion o f the personnel is an impo rtant groundw ork of human resour ce manag ement . This paper const ruct s an index system based on the ev aluat ion g uiding concept and principles: taking quality as orientat io n; taking morality, know ledg e, competence and performance as evaluation basis; combining qualitat ive ev aluat ion with quant itat ive evaluat ion; combining stat ic evaluation and dynamic evaluat ion. An objective, scient if ic and comprehensive predictability evaluat ion can ensure o pt imal quality of the personnel to be employed to the univer sity. The diagnost ic assessment can help the emplo yed staff max imize their favo rable facto rs.
