摘要:
文化是城市的灵魂、根脉和生命力, 城市文化建设则是一个城市综合竞争力和“软实力”的引领与支撑。历史文化名城 的城市文化建设应遵循城市的历史文化脉络, 按照市民社会的愿景需求, 体现城市可持续发展的内在要求, 打造主题鲜明的城市 文化; 并有效解决好城市文化主题的坚守与整体推进的关系、城市文化建设与市政建设的关系、城市文化建设政府主导与全民参 与的关系。
Abstract:
Culture is the soul, the root and the vitality of a city, and urban culture construction is the city’s gu idance and suppo rt of comp rehen sive compet it iveness and“sof t pow er”. The u rban cu ltu re con st ruct ion of h isto rical and cu ltu ral city shou ld fo llow the city’s h isto rical and cu ltu ral con tex t, meet cit izen’s social demands, ref lect the inheren t requ iremen t s of su stainab le u rban developmen t, and create u rban cu ltu re w ith a dist inct ive theme. M eanw h ile, the effect ive measu res shou ld be taken to deal w ith the relat ion sh ip betw een adhering to the theme of u rban cu ltu re and the overall p romo t ion, the relat ion sh ip betw een u rban cu ltu re con st ruct ion and mun icipal con st ruct ion, and the relat ion sh ip betw een governmen t dom inat ion and civil part icipat ion in u rban cu ltu re con st ruct ion.
