摘要:
金融危机背景下, 国内外宏微观经济环境发生了重大变化, 我国外向型经济发展经历了严峻挑战。江苏省常州市作为外 向型经济发展较快地区, 其外向型经济发展也正面临着增长动力机制的转换和更替、要素资源的优化配置以及宏观运行环境和微 观运行基础重大变化。常州外向型经济必须进行优化结构调整的转型升级, 重点发展先进装备制造、新能源、新材料等高新技术 产业, 赢得后金融危机时代的区域发展主动权, 切实提升外向型经济的国际竞争力。
Abstract:
Under global financial crisis, great changes have taken place in macroscopical and m icroco sm ic econom ic circum stances bo th at home and ab road, and the ex t raversion economy of Ch ina is undergo ing great challenge. Changzhou, as the dist rict w ho se ex t raversion economy develop ing rap idly, is conf ron t ing w ith new changes, such as the t ranfo rmation and substitution of impetu smechan ism of econom ic grow th, the optimum distribution of basic resou rce, the major changes of macro- econom ic operat ion environmen t and m icro - econom ic operat ion foundat ion. It is therefo re of great impo rtance to qu icken the t ran sfo rmat ion and upgrade of ex t raversion economy, focu sing on the developmen t of h igh- tech indu st ry, that is, advanced equipment manufactu ring, new energy and new materials and so on so as to w in the act ive pow er of regional econom ic developmen t of po st global f inancial crisis so as to imp rove in ternat ional compet it ive ab ilit ies of ex t raversion economy.
