摘要:
经济全球化为全球竞争构筑了平台, 城市日益成为经济全球化的中心和载体, 国家间、区域间的竞争突出表现于城市与 城市之间的竞争。江苏省常州市城市综合竞争力在全国城市的排名相对稳定并不断呈上升趋势; 常州市要从提高政府管理能力, 聚焦体制机制创新; 增加城市经济总量, 提高城市经济实力; 加快基础设施建设, 优化发展环境; 优化产业结构, 加快产业集聚; 加大人力资本投入, 提高科技创新水平等方面进一步提升城市竞争力。
Abstract:
Eco nomic glo baliza tion co nst ructs th e plat fo rm fo r g lobal competi tion, and ci ties are increasing ly becoming the centers of eco nomic g lobali zatio n a nd car riers. The competition amo ng count ries and regio ns embodies in competitio n amo ng the ci ties. The status o f the comprehensive competi tiveness of Chang zhou City is rela tiv ely stable amo ng the cities all over the count ry and it i s in a rising t rend. To enha nce the competi tiv e pow er of the ci ty , it is of v ital impor tance for the ci ty gov ernment to improv e i ts ma nagement capaci ty , to combine system and mechanism innov atio n; to increase eco nomic o utput of the ci ty to enhance the eco nomic pow er; to speed up the co nst ructio n of the inf rast ructure so as to o ptimize the envi ro nment of eco nomic dev elopment; to optimi ze the indust rial st ructure so as to speed up indust ria l g athering as w ell as to increa se human capi tal investment in o rder to improv e the lev el of scientific innov atio n.
