摘要:
收入分配对企业自主创新具有极其重要的激励功能。企业、政府和社会是收入分配激励的主体, 企业家和科技人员则是 收入分配激励的最主要客体。薪酬激励、股权激励、项目激励和成果奖励是收入分配激励的主要模式。构建自主创新的收入分配 激励机制, 必须加强制度环境建设, 加快制度的改革和创新。
Abstract:
Income di st ribution has stimulating functions in enterpri se independent innov atio n. Business, g overnment and society are the incentiv e pa rts in income di stribution, and ent repreneurs and technical resea rchers a re the major object s of income dist ributio n incentiv e. Payment incentive, stock ow nership incentive pla n, research pro ject incentiv e as w ell as science and technolog y achiev ement awa rd are the main models. To establi sh income distribution incentiv e mechani sm o f independent innov ation, we should st reng then sy stem const ruction and env iro nment the a nd speed up sy stem reform and system innova tion.
