摘要:
作为技术创新动力的知识产权已成为国家间以及地区间相互竞争的重要资源。因此, 保护企业知识产权便成为政府管理 不可或缺的内容。政府应该从知识产权保护的战略高度予以引导, 从法律制度和行政管理体系上加以完善, 辅助于政策上的扶持 和相关利益上的协调, 并营造和谐的知识产权文化氛围。如此, 企业的知识产权保护将会更加有效。
Abstract:
Intellectual property , as the driving fo rce o f tech nical innovation, has become the impo rtant resource in w o rld - w ide competi tion amo ng countries and regio ns. To pro tect enterprise intellectual property is therefore the indi spensable co ntent in g ov ernment ma nagement. The g over nment is ex pected to consider the i ssue f rom st rategic perspectiv e of intellectual property pro tection and to perfect the legal systems and admini stration manag ement sy stems, assisted wi th policy suppo rt and relev ant interest coo rdina tion. Mo reov er, i t i s necessary to create a ha rmonious intellectual property cul tural atmosphere. Only in this w ay, can enterpri se intellectual property protection be implemented more effectiv ely.
