摘要:
基于独立学院文化建设的紧迫性和重要性, 独立学院和谐校园文化的构建刻不容缓。当前独立学院校园文化存在文化底 蕴相对缺乏、文化体系不够协调、文化的形成受参与主体制约较大等不和谐之处; 在构建中应体现校园文化的主体地位和以办学 理念为主导相结合的原则、坚持凝练母体校园文化精髓与建设特色相结合的原则、全员参与性原则、坚持民主与法制相结合原则, 从三个方面构建特色、品牌、和谐的校园文化。
Abstract:
Due to the urgency , impo rtance, timeliness and validi ty of the cultural co nst ructio n in independent colleges, it is v ery urg ent to co nst ruct harmo nious co lleg e campus cul ture in independent colleges. Currently , co lleg e cul ture in independent col leg es is lacking in ha rmony, such as relative sho rtag e of cul tural deposi ts, inadequate coo rdinatio n o f cultural system, g reat subjectiv e influence on the fo rmatio n o f co lleg e culture and so o n. In the process of it s co nst ructio n, w e should co nst ruct campus culture w ith special, ha rmonio us features based o n the fo llowing principles: sticking to the subject status o f campus culture, wi th a combinatio n of giving priority to the scho ol running concept , combining the condensatio n of mat rix college campus culture and co nst ructio n of i t s special features, th e principle of to tal participa tion, and a combination of democracy and law .
