摘要:
中小型企业创新能力不足已成为一个客观现实。常州中小型企业具有基础较薄弱, 人才短缺, 创新平台不强等弱点。建 立中小型企业自主创新机制、激发企业自主创新的动力是提高企业核心竞争力的有效途径; 政府、社会和企业三方面要共同努力, 在投入保障和组织保障等方面建立和完善企业内部自主创新的保障机制。
Abstract:
Absence of innovat ion ability has become a pract ical problem in medium and small scale enterpr ises. Of which, such w eak point s as po orer basis, short of talent s and w eak inno vat io n plat form and so on do ex ist . Therefor e, building self- innov ation sy stem to pr omote the enterprise' s driving for ce is an ef fectiv e way to enhance it s co re compet it io n. Sel f- innovat ion security system, such as inv estment security system and organizat io n security system in the enter prise of it s ow n should be established and perfected w ith the joint ef fo rt s of the government , the enter prise and society.
