摘要:
随着研究生的扩招, 硕士研究生不断增多, 高校学报面临着机遇也面临着挑战。硕士研究生稿件存在较多问题, 使编辑 工作量大大增加, 在日常工作中要妥善处理好工作量大与编辑人员少的矛盾, 改进方式方法, 积极扶持和发展在校研究生作者队 伍, 充分重视这一作者群, 为学报质量的提高打下坚实基础。
Abstract:
W ith the enrollment expansion of graduate students, university journals are faced w ith both opportunities and challenges. There are some p roblem s in the graduate students’ manuscrip t, so the intensity of the work is increasing greatly. Journal editors should cope w ith the p roblem s, change the work ing methods, attach importance on the special author group, thus the quality of journalw ill be imp roved.
