摘要:
我国著名的企业家刘国钧先生创办的大成纺织染股份有限公司, 在20世纪30年代曾创下了产值八年增长八倍的惊人奇 迹。面对当时经济大萧条的年代背景, 大成公司却能突破种种篱障, 飞速发展, 这主要由于刘国钧成功地将西方先进的管理理念 与中国传统文化相结合, 对大成生产和管理进行果断的创新, 成功开创了具有大成特色的发展道路。
Abstract:
Da Cheng Spinning Weaving & Dy eing Co. Ltd. established by Liu Guojun, a famous Chinese entrepreneur, created a miracle, w ith it s output v alue increasing eight times for 8 y ears in the 1930s. At that time, Da Cheng Company manag ed to get rid of the Great Depression and made a g reat prog ress, because in the field of Da Cheng 's product and manag ement, LIU Guo - jun dev eloped the way with Da Cheng 's ow n characteristics by int roducing the management concepts of the w estern advanced enterprises and dissolving into Chinese t raditional culture.
