摘要:
常州服务业存在规模偏小, 增速偏低, 对经济增长的贡献率和贡献度不高; 内部结构有待调整; 拥有比较优势的行业数 量较少和服务业发展更多依赖于居民消费等问题。产生这些问题的原因主要源于一些政府官员和企业家对服务业的重要性认识 不够, 对服务业领域的投资不足, 城市化水平质量不高及城乡收入差距较大, 服务业人才匮乏对等因素。基于此常州市应进一步 优化、创新服务业投资环境; 积极探索服务业人才培养的模式, 营造引进服务业高端人才的良好氛围; 优化常州市服务业内部结 构; 促进服务业和城市化的协调发展, 拓展服
Abstract:
Changzhou service indust ries have such problems as: the scale is small; the speed of increasing is low ; the rates and degree of cont ribut ion to economic g row th are not high; the structures of service sector need to be adjusted; the sectors w ith comparative advantage are less and the development of the service indust ry depends more on resident s' consumption. The causes of the problems are: neglecting the importance of the service industry by government off icials and some ent repreneurs; lack of investment ; low urbanizat ion; income gap betw een urban and rural residents; lack of talent s. Such measures should be taken for further development , improving the investment environment , actively seeking for new mode in serv ice indust ry talents t raining , creat ing a good atmosphere of introduce high - level talents, opt imizing the interior st ructure of service industry , promot ing the service industry and urbanization unisonous development and enlarg ing the demand of service industries.
