摘要:
民生决定民心。民生问题的解决程度决定着社会的进步和政权的兴亡。只有关注民生、改善民生, 才能赢得民心、赢得 政权, 历史上许多政权的得失都证实了这个规律。在新的历史时期, 执政党必须高度重视并进一步改善民生, 它是关乎政权能否 长治久安的政治问题。
Abstract:
The people' s liv elihood determines the people' s w ill, and how to deal w ith the people' s livelihood also determines social progress and the rise and fall of the regime. It is confirmed by the rise and fall of many regimes in the long history that only by concerning about the people' s livelihood and improving the people' s livelihood, is it then possible to win the people's support and the polit ical pow er . In the new historical period, the ruling party must at tach great importance to improving the people' s livelihood, which is a political issue related to the long- term stability of the state power.
