摘要:
社会工作有其独特的价值观和方法论, 与其它社会实践活动有显著区别。其价值取向包括社会工作的价值理念、实务原 则与规范、社会工作者的理论依托三个方面。社会工作作为和谐社会的推进器, 平衡了社会中个体、社区的良性需求, 提供给社 会中弱势群体话语权的机会, 并且在个体、家庭、社区、政府和社会组织之间构建出一座桥梁。维持社会和谐, 要努力建设一支 宏大的社会工作队伍, 需要政府推动、高速发展社会工作教育、建立健全社会工作资格认证体系、拓展社会合作伙伴。
Abstract:
Social w ork, dist ing uishing fr om other social act ivit ies, has it s unique values and methodo logy . Its value orientat ion includes the value concept , pract ical pr inciples and standards, and the theoret ical fo undat ion of social w orkers. So cial wo rk balances the virtuous demand of indiv idual and community , pr ovides the oppo rtunity of disco urse pow er fo r the vulnerable g roups and builds a bridge among individual , household, community , gov ernment and social org anizat ion. To maimtain the harmony of so ciety , and const itute a pow erful social wo rking staf f, w e need the g overnment s' support , the high - speeding development of the social w ork educat ion, establishing and perfecting the the qualif icat ion systems o f the so cial w or k, occupat ional identif icat ion, and ex panding coo perat io n w ith the social partners.
