摘要:
认识和分析研究生创新能力是培养和提高研究生创新能力的基础, 也是提高研究生培养质量的重要内容。从对研究生创 新能力的分类、表现形式、优势特征、薄弱环节和影响因素等方面进行分析可以看出: 我们既不能过分地要求研究生创新必须达 到较高的程度, 也不能忽视研究生创新能力的作用; 研究生创新能力的培养需要一定的过程, 也需要一定的激励机制和滋生环境。
Abstract:
T o cul tivate and improv e the inno vat iv e ability o f graduate student s, w e must make a thorough analy sis of their abil it ies. Based on the research on its classif icat ions, forms, advantages, weak links and inf luencing factors of graduate student' s innovat ion ability , w e can find that it ' s irrat io anal to ask all the gr aduate student s'innov at ion to reach a higher level, how ev er it is w rong to ig no re the effect of the innovat ion ability . Cult ivating g raduate student s'ability needs time, cer tain incent ive mechanism and pro per surro undings as w el l.
