摘要:
加强国有资产管理, 提高资产的使用效益, 以保证事业单位资产的保值与增值, 一直是各事业单位深化改革的重大课题。 加强高校国有资产管理, 应坚持资产管理与预算管理、财务管理以及实物管理与价值管理相结合的原则, 并注意资产收益性、全 面性、资源整合和共享以及信息化管理的原则。
Abstract:
In the refo rmat ion of state- ow ned asset smanagemen t, a majo r p ro ject fo r pub lic in st itu t ion s is to at tach impo rtance to imp roving the level of nat ional asset s managemen t and upgrading the effect iveness of the asset s so as to keep and increase the value of the un it. A nd the enhancemen t of the nat ional asset s managemen t shou ld adhere to the comb ined p rincip le of asset s managemen t and budget managemen t, of f inance managemen t and materialmanagemen t and value managemen t. M eanw h ile, such p rincip les as the rate of the net asset s and comp rehen siveness of the asset s, resou rce in tegrat ion, resou rce share and info rmat ion- based managemen t shou ld be fo llow ed.
