摘要:

党的十七大强调又好又快科学发展, 坚持改革开放, 注重改善民生, 提升发展目标。十七大精神指引苏南地区经济社会 健康、科学、创新、和谐和率先发展, 推动苏南地区在巩固和提升建设更高水平全面小康社会的同时, 朝着经济现代化、生态现 代化、社会现代化、政治现代化、人的现代化的目标发展。

Abstract:

The g uiding principles, establi shing the scientific dev elo ping view point to reali ze the co ntinuous dev elo pment in society and economy , adhering to the reform a nd o pening up, improving peo ple 's liv eliho od and enhancing the dev elopment goal of economy a re stressed in the seventeenth Natio nal Cong ress of the Communist Pa rty o f China , a nd under the guidance o f the principles, the social economy in South Jia ngsu a re dev eloping in a heal thy , scientific, crea tiv e a nd harmo nious w ay. On the other hand the goals of eco nomic modernization, ecological moderni za tion, social moder ni zatio n, political moderni za tion a nd individual modernization are st riving for accomplishment .
