摘要:
提升管理干部竞争力是高校改革与发展的必然选择。管理创新是提升高校管理干部竞争力的基本保证和途径。高校组织 应从管理模式、管理机制和管理文化等方面进行创新提升管理干部的竞争力。

It is a must for administ ra tors in colleges and univ ersities to improve their competi tiv e abilities in the development of higher education reform. And it goes wi thout saying that manag ement innov ation is the essential guarantee and way to obtaining the goals, of which the innovation of manag ement pa tterns, manag ement mechanism and management culture a re indispensable
