摘要:
随着经济的全球化, 未来城市的竞争不再是简单的个体竞争, 而是城市群之间的竞争, 是区域与区域之间的竞争。苏锡常 要在激烈的国内国际竞争环境中应对挑战、赢得机遇, 必须要解决攀比竞争有余、联动发展不足, 城乡资源配置低效化, 结构性 矛盾比较尖锐的问题, 以都市圈的构建为手段, 加强区域协作, 充分发挥和整合现有资源, 推进和提升产业结构的整体优化, 从 而营造“两个率先”所要求的新的区域领先优势。
Abstract:
In the pro cess of economic g lobalization, the competit ion betw een cit ies shift s fr om individual compet it io n to that betw een larg e met ro politan circles, or that between different economic zones. In the fast process of integ rat io n of the cities of Su- ch'ou, Wu- x i and Ch'ang Ch'o u, such a large met ropolitan circle runs into a neg ative individual compet it io n w hich is sur e to lead to the failure of an integrated development , effect ive dist ribut io n of resour ces and the format ion of a sound indust rial st ructure. To meet both a f ierce international competit ion and valuable chance of development , the met ro pol itan cir cle should integrated well to st rengthen regional cooperat ion so as to promo te a o pt imized industr ial st ructure and it s fast update, which w ill surely help the quick format ion a w ell- integrated met ropolitan circle with leading advantages.
