摘要:
伴随高校在校生规模的持续大幅增长, 中国高等教育已实现了由“精英教育” 向“大众化教育” 的转化。能否保证教育质 量, 既关系到每所学校的生存发展, 也关系到高等教育大众化的成败。因此, 要达到提高教育质量的目的, 必须构建全面、长效 的教学质量监控机制。
Abstract:
With the dramatic increase of enrollment in recent years in China ' colleges and universi ties, China 's higher educa tion has undergo ne a chang e f rom the so- called " Eli te Educa tio n " to " Mass Education". The quality of hig her educa tio n i s vi tal to the existence and dev elopment of all colleges and univ ersities. It i s al so crucial to the success of mass educa tion. Hence th e establi shment of a long- term, mul tidimensio nal mo nitoring mecha nism of educatio n quali ty i s of g reat impo rtance.
