摘要:
苏联东欧社会主义制度的改变是20 世纪最重大的事件。苏联解体东欧剧变的深刻历史教训表明, 加强党的领导和执政能力 建设, 是关系党和国家生死存亡的大问题, 是我们党立于不败之地的法宝。
Abstract:
The Unr avel of Socialism in Pre- Soviet Union and the Drastic Change in Eastern Europewas the most momentous event happened in the 20th century. The prodound historical lessons have proved that it is essential and vital to strengthen the ruling party's governing capacity. Building up and impr oving party's gover ning and administrative ability is a magic weapon possessed by the Chinese Communist Par ty, which will lead her success and prosperity .
