摘要:
农民问题是中国革命和建设的中心问题。邓小平作为中国改革开放的总设计师, 在领导中国社会主义现代化建设的实践中, 对中国农民问题及其解决给予了高度重视并进行了有益的探索。他认为农民问题既是经济问题, 更是政治问题; 他消除制度阻隔, 为农民问题的解决提供了体制支撑; 他把大力发展社会生产力作为解决农民问题的根本出路。
Abstract:
Peasant problems is a centr al issue of the Chinese revo lut ion and subsequent const ruct ion. Deng Xiaoping , as the general designer of Chinese reform and o pening up to the outside w orld, in the pract ice of China's socialist moder nizat ion, pays g reat attent ion to the peasant problem and the set tlement of it , and he has done a lot of beneficial ex plor ation in this f ield. He thinks peasant pro blem is an eco nomic problem, and more a polit ical issue. He dispels the system to separate, of fers systemat ic support for the set t lement of peasant problem. He thinks that the basic w ay to solve peasant pr oblem is to develop social pro duct ivity in an ef fect iv e w ay .
