摘要:
为实现培养高素质人才的目标, 高等学校需要不断创新和完善教育方式及教学手段。开放实验室是一种新的、值得推广的 模式。开发实验室建设的指导思想和基本原则是从学校资源与学生条件的实际出发, 注重实效, 丰富实验内容, 实现差别化教育。 开放实验室的主要模式有实验时间开放和实验内容开放两种。实验室开放可能会遇到一系列问题。但是, 转变观念、制订政策、 科学管理可以保证这项工作顺利开展。在实施过程中还要完善对教师和学生的考核, 以鼓励师生积极参与。
Abstract:
In order to cult ivate quality talent s, colleges and universit ies need to create and reform the educat ional model co nstant ly. Lab- opening is a new w ay w or th spr eading . Its g uiding ideas are to enrich the content o f ex periment and carry out dif ferential education, with the r esources of the college and under the condit ions of the student s. It s main pat ter n consist s of t ime- opening and substance- opening . Many pr oblems could be encountered. It is essent ial to chang e our ideas, make go od po licies and manage scient ifically in or der to so lve the pro blems. In addit ion, al l- ro und examinat io n of teacher s and student s can induce act iv e part icipation on their part .
