摘要:
大众化高等教育的质量观和质量保障问题是教育界关注的热点问题, 亟待研究和解决。只有正确处理好教育规模与教育质 量的关系, 以质量求生存、求发展, 高等教育才能可持续发展。高等教育的质量观应该与时俱进、具有现实意义, 不能沿用过去 精英教育的单一质量观, 需建立多样化的质量观。要保障大众化高等教育的质量, 必须建立完善的教学质量保障体系。
Abstract:
Hig her educa tio n in China is now gradually identi fying wi th the masses and meeting their needs; therefo re, to achiev e high quality becomes the focus of a t tention. It should be studied and solved immediately. Only when the relationship betw een the scale and the quality, which determines survival a nd dev elo pment of a univ ersi ty , i s properly deal t w ith , can hig her educatio n dev elop sustainably. The quali ty o f higher educatio n sho uld no t be assessed by the elite- o riented sta nda rd as befo re. In v iew o f the reality, the standard of quali ty sho uld be diversified and keep up wi th the changes of the society. At the same time, a w ell- o rgani zed teaching quali ty g ua ra ntee system sho uld be set up.
