摘要:
现代企业间的竞争, 既是科学技术和经济实力的竞争, 更是企业文化力的较量, 企业文化建设对于企业的生存与发展具有 决定性的意义。企业的生存与发展离不开和谐的社会环境, 构建和谐社会离不开企业的积极参与, 企业内部的整体和谐影响和推 动着社会的和谐。因此, 加强企业文化建设, 不仅是构建企业内部整体和谐的动力和保障, 也是推进企业与外部广泛和谐, 促进 社会和谐发展的重要力量。
Abstract:
The competi tio n betw een moder n enterpri ses exi st s no t o nly in science and technolog y a nd eco nomic st reng th, but also in the cultural st reng th of enterpri ses. The development co rpo rate culture is crucial to the enterpri se 's surviv al and dev elopment , which in turn depends o n a harmonio us social envi ronment. The co nst ructio n o f the harmo nious society needs the activ e participatio n o f enterpri ses. The internal full - scale harmo ny in the enterprise affect s and promotes the harmo ny o f society. So the st reng thening o f enterprises ' cul tural construction is no t only the impetus a nd guarantee to the internal harmo ny o f an enterpri se, but al so an impo rtant fo rce to promo te the ex tensiv e harmo ny betw een the enterpri se a nd the o utside so ciety , a nd to facilitate the harmo nious dev elopment of so ciety.
