摘要:

高职教育具有职业教育的特点和规律, 即以学生为本位、以职业能力为核心, 突出素质教育和职业技能训练, 课堂教学要 以岗位和岗位群的基本素质要求和能力培养为根本。遵照职业教育的特点和规律, 以岗位能力目标为依据整合课程教学内容, 突 出精讲多练以能力为本位的课堂教学的模式, 体现职业技能特色的课程教学形式, 以效果为准绳的课堂教学质量等可以有力提高 职业教育的课堂教学效果。

Abstract:

Hig her professio nal education has the characteri stics and law s o f the professio nal educatio n. That is to emphasi ze diathesis educatio n and skill professio nal t raining w ho se principal part i s student s and co re is pro fessional abi li ty. Class teaching is orga ni zed in the basi s of dia thesi s request s and abi li ties training f rom jo bs and job sy ntheses. According to teaching law s and characteri stics, higher professional education adjust s the co ntents of class teaching based o n the professio nal ability aim, highligh ts the class teaching mode st ressing the abi li ty by teaching succinctly a nd t raining a lo t, inca rnates the class teaching fo rmat cha ractered wi th pro fessional skills and uses the evaluating sy stem of quali ty acco rding to the class ef fect. Thus, the purpose of higher professio nal educatio n can be improv ed.
