摘要:
中国的知识产权保护已经取得了重大进展, 但还存在许多问题, 而解决问题的关键是对在校大学生开展知识产权教育。在 目前形势下, 通过《文献检索》课开展知识产权教育是一条有效的途径。著作权、专利权、商标权、制止不正当竞争是教学重点 内容。更新观念、提高师资素质、改进教学方法, 是开展知识产权教育的重要保障。
Abstract:
The pro tection of intellectual property has made g reat prog ress in China, but there are st ill many pr oblems. T he solut io n to the pro blems is to g ive the educat ion of intellectual property to the underg raduate. At present , it is ef fect ive to prov ide the educat ion of intellectual property through lectures on info rmat ion ret riev al . T he lectures focus on author right , patent right , t rademark r ig ht and prevention of unfair competit ion. The educat io n of intellectual pro perty can be g uaranteed if we are ready to accept new ideas, impro ve teachers' qual ity and teaching methods.
