摘要:
面对高校教师基层党组织建设面临的新形势和建设中存在的问题, 应该以改革的精神切实加强教师基层党组织建设。支部 建在教研室有利于教师基层党组织发挥战斗堡垒作用, 为高校的健康、快速发展提供强有力的保证。
Abstract:
Faced w ith the new situat ion and the p rob lem of con st ruct ing the Basic Party O rgan izat ion of teachers in co lleges, w e shou ld st rengthen the con st ruct ion of the Basic Party O rgan izat ion of teachers w ith the sp rit of refo rm. The Basic Party O rgan izat ion of teachers based on teach ing and research sect ion wou ld p lay a pow erfu l ro le to en su re a healthy and rap id developmen t fo r the h igher learn ing in st itu t ion.
