摘要:
制造业是国民经济中带有战略性质的基础产业。通过制造业尤其是对先进制造技术的发展战略的制定和实施, 来确保制造 业这一基础产业在国民经济产业体系中的战略核心地位是制造业发达国家通行的做法。我国制造业的发展, 有必要认真借鉴制造 业发达国家所积累的丰富经验, 以先进制造技术创新体系的培育为重点, 通过强有力的战略措施, 构筑装备制造业这一战略制高 点, 以加强我国制造业的战略产业地位。
Abstract:
Manufactur ing industr y is the fundamental st rateg ic sector o f the nat ional economy. It is the commo n pract ice in developed co unt ries to insure it s st rateg ic cent ral status in the national indust rial sy stem by establishing and implement ing dev elo pment st rateg y fo r manufacturing industry , especial ly by developing the advanced manufacturing techno logy . This art icle sugg ests that China' s manufacturing indust ry should benef it f rom the rich experience o f developed countr ies, focusing on fo stering a innov at ive sy stem of advanced manufacturing technolo gy w ith the help of pow erful str ategic measures, cr eat ing the st rategic highpoint for heavy machinery manufacturing indust ry , so as to str engthen the st rateg ic status of China's manufacturing indust ry .
