摘要:
优秀研究生的培养需要有科学化、全球化的教育观念。通过现代化、多样化、个性化的课程设置和教学手段, 建立科学规 范的课程体系。严格培养过程管理, 实现过程管理规范化。在研究生培养中通过过程管理与目标管理相结合, 以保障研究生培养 质量。
Abstract:
It is impo rtan t wo rk fo r h igher educat ion invest igater how to cu lt ivate " excellence" graduate studen t s w ho have science- sp irit、innovat ion- ab ility、adap t ing- ab ility、lof ty- character。By the analysis abou t mak ing the p rocess of cu lt ivat ing criterion, t ry to f ind how to en su re cu lt ivat ing quality of graduate studen t。
