摘要:
影响大学生学习动机的知识、技能和经验因素随性别、年级、专业的变化而变化。知识因素中认知与个人知识背景、学习 方法、专业应用存在显著差异; 技能方面, 三年级最低; 经验因素里, 在年级、专业和职业经历方面存在差异。
Abstract:
W e found that fact s affected mo t ivat ion including know ledge, sk ill and experiences w h ich w ere varied w ith sex, year of degree and special f ield of study. there w as sign if ican t difference fo r indidual congn it ive background , study methods and app lied special f ields of study; in the know ledge facto r, the mo t ivat ion level of underaduates in year th ree w as the low est; there w as difference fo r year of drgree, special f ield of study and vocat in experience. w ith cro ss- sect inal method, there w as on ly difference fo r indidual congn it ive background, w ith longitudinalmethod, the mo t ivat ion declined in the f irst th ree years, how ever, mo t ivat ion increased obviou sly in the f inal year.
