摘要:
高校预算是学校经济活动的依据, 但普遍存在着管理薄弱的问题。为进一步加强高校预算管理, 应当科学确定预算管理体 制, 认真做好预算的编制、执行和调整工作, 并积极监督预算的执行。
Abstract:
F inancial budget is the p recondit ion and the basis of econom ic act ivit ies in un iversit ies and co lleges. To st rengthen the budget managemen t, w e shou ld do w ell in the imp lemen tat ion, execu t ion and adju stmen t of the budget , and act ively supervise the budget execu t ion.
