高等教育从精英教育向大众化教育转化过程中, 高校学生工作遇到了许多崭新的问题。江苏工业学院转变观念, 以学生为
本, 制订、推行的“人的工作”规范对做好高校学生有着重要意义。贯彻“人的工作”规范, 应体现在尊重和欣赏学生、倡导学
生自我教育自我管理自我服务、重视学风建设、营造全员育人的氛围等方面。
- Abstract:

In the process of the hig her educat ion' s t ransit io n f rom serv ing elites to serving the g eneral
public, many new problems arise in student management in colleg es and universit ies. It is very important
fo r us to change convent ional ideas and ado pt the criter io n of humanizat io n. In student manag ement , the
co ncept of 'human w ork' is char acterized by respect ing and appreciat ing students, focusing on academic
style, advocat ing self - educat ion, self - manag ement and self - service on the par t of student s, and
cr eat ing the atmospher e of educat ion involving all the personnel.
