摘要:

管仲的伦理思想是时代的产物, 基本上是维护传统的道德观念, 核心是“礼”, 但管仲所维护的“礼”已与传统的“周 礼”相去甚远; “仁”是春秋时期的新道德观念, 虽然不能肯定管仲一定提出过“仁”的概念, 但其思想中的人本主义精神却为 “仁”的发展作出了伟大的贡献; 管仲对伦理学最大的贡献是他的“仓廪实而知礼节, 衣食足而知荣辱”的道德基础论。

Abstract:

As an influential ancient statesman and reformer, Guan Zhong’s ethics is the product of his times. The cen t ral idea of h is eth ics agrees w ith the feudal eth ical code although it is qu ite differen t f rom the eth ics of Zhou Dynasty. Benevo lencew as a new eth ical concep t in the Sp ring and A u tumn Period. The human ist elemen t in Guan Zhong’s eth ics con t ribu ted to the developmen t of the idea of benevo lence. H is greatest con t ribu t ion to eth ics resides in h is idea of the basis of eth ics: " The peasan t know s good manners w hen h is barn is fu ll and he can tell hono r f rom shame if he is no t wo rried abou t food, clo th ing and shelter". Th is materialist idea served as the theo ret ical basis of the great benevo len t po lit ics in the feudal society of Ch ina.
