摘要:
教学督导作为高校教学质量保障体系的重要组成部分, 在规范教学管理, 推进教学改革, 提高教师素质和稳定教学质量等 方面发挥了重要作用。高等教育教学改革的深入, 推动了督导理念与模式的创新, 从而使督导内涵更加丰富, 督导水平不断提升, 督导作用得到充分发挥。
Abstract:
Teaching supervision, as an important part of teaching quality guarantee system of colleges and universities, plays a very important role in reg ulating teaching management, adv ancing teaching refo rm, improving teachers ' quality and stabi li zing teaching quali ty and so o n. A thorough teaching reform of higher educatio n promotes the innov atio n of supervi sion co ncept a nd pat ter n, enriches the implication of superv isio n, improv es the sta nda rd o f supervision, and brings supervi sio n into full play.
