摘要:
本文从五个方面定量、定性地分析了中国利用外商直接投资中存在的问题: ① 中国利用外商直接投资的地区分布很不平衡; ②中国吸引外商直接投资方式主要还是“绿地”方式;③ 投资环境不完善; ④重数量、轻管理; ⑤ 法律不健全。其次, 通过一些 数据分析了中国吸引外商直接投资的前景, 并提出了扩大外商直接投资的措施和建议。
Abstract:
This paper quantitatively and qualitatively analyzes the problems with utilizing FDI in China in five aspects: ?? The regional distribution of FDI is badly unbalanced; ?? The main ty pe of FDI in China is 'greenf ield' investment ; ?? T he investment env ir onment is imperfect ; ??Mo re attention is paid to quant ity than to management ; ?? T he relevant law is not sound. Based on data, the art icle then analyzes the pr ospect s of at t ract ing FDI to China, and some measures and sugg est io ns are put forw ard to ex pand FDI in China.
